Canoga Smog

I went to this smog center to get my vehicle tested on 3/2/2020. My vehicle failed the smog test, but instead of giving me the official printout to the DMV that says why it failed, he scribbled some notes on the invoice the problems my vehicle was experiencing and was attempting to convince me to visit his neighboring mechanic "***" to have the repairs done in order to get my vehicle to pass. On 3/3/2020 when the DMV would not accept the invoice and advised me that they needed the official printout, I returned to his facility and requested the printout, which he refused to give me, claiming that one of the problems with my vehicle prevented a printout, and he yelled at me and stormed off.
On 3/4/2020, my husband went to a different smog test center and was able to get an official DMV printout without issue.
The fact that the man at the first facility, an Asian American who refused to give me his name but is the only employee there, refused to do the work to get me a DMV printout that I needed and lied to me by saying that there was no way my vehicle's problems could populate a printout to try to swindle me into paying for repairs that may or may not be needed is malicious and exhibits extreme poor customer service.
