I went into Med Eval Clinic, Located at *** To apply for renewal of my medical marijuana card on April 19th 2019. I paid them $185 cash I was told I should receive my card within a couple of weeks. Two weeks went by and I called them to tell them I had not received it, they told me to give it more time. I called back later that day and ask them if there was an issue with it, they told me they needed more paperwork from me. I took the requested paperwork in on May 3, 2019.
And was told I should receive my card within a couple of weeks. And that I would receive a refund of $100 in the mail. I never received it. Today is May 28th and I still have not received my card. I called the state and they said it was never processed for renewal. I have continually called and nobody will return my calls or even answer the phone.
I was also told that they could not return the full amount because of the state fee. It was never processed with the state. They owe me $185 cash
