Canine Concierge

On Jan 22, I was contacted by phone by a customer who was dissatisfied with one of my employees. I heard him out, contacted the employee, and spoke with my attorney and insurance agency. I was advised to offer a Settlement and Release Agreement (doc A-pgs)I did that and mailed a
signed notarized copy on Jan 25, 2017. I didn't receive a response until March 27, (doc B-3pgs). Because the email I received included a demand for a large sum of money with the threat of ruining my reputation I viewed it an attempt at extortion and contacted the Fargo, ND and Dilworth, MN police departments and opened a case and sought their advice and followed it (doc C-1pg). That advice included contacting the law enforcement agency where the sender was employed as well as filing an Internet Crime Complaint with the feds(doc D-pgs)This complaint led me to again speak to the Fargo Police Dept today Sept 29, who advised that if the sender continues to attempt to extort money from me it can be passed on to the Cass County States Atty for prosecution.
