First order was wrongI did not receive items even though I was charged, and other items were incorrectTerrible costumer service, weeks have passed and I still have no contact or resolutionI’ll have to at this point contact my credit card company to reverse the charges

Review: I am receiving collection calls and letters for copay for my daughters ([redacted]94) visits to physical therapy. My daughter was required to pay her copay prior to seeing the physical therapist. When we checked with the location where she revived the treatment they confirmed that they received the copays. We have repeatedly received collection calls regarding these copays and we repeatedly confirmed that these copays were paid.Desired Settlement: I wish for the collection calls to stop, I want to confirm that this has not been reported against my credit report, or if it has been reported that this reporting is corrected.
