I contacted the business months before my daughters first birthday after the business advertised the perfect outfit. The contact person and I communicated through emails which I still have in which I sent the exact picture of what I wanted. The end of February right before the month of the party which was March 21, I received the package with outfits for both of my daughters. These outfits looked nothing like what I ordered especially being that I ordered leather pants for the baby and she sent leather skirts for both kids. I contacted her with my concern and she said that she would fix it, I was no longer interested in her fixing the outfits because after researching I realized it was false advertisement because the same outfit was posted by other businesses. I realized she attempted to make a replica of the outfit and failed miserably and I asked for my money back. She said if I returned the merchandise she would return all of my money I returned the items through [redacted] with teaching and it says it was delivered yet she still claims to not have received it. She said it went to the wrong zip code and that when she receives the outfits I'll get my money. My child's party was 3 months ago I just want the money I waisted trying to help out a business.Product_Or_Service: Clothes Desired SettlementI would like the business to refund my money and this situation will be resolved. I spent over $200 trying to make sure the outfits for my daughters party were perfect and she ruined my child's first birthday due to her lack of customer service and honesty.
