Review: I cancelled an online order because it had not shipped on time. I was told that was no problem and they would refund the charge to my credit card, that was in December 2013. I have since sent them multiple e-mails asking where my refund is and they keep saying they will do it that day. I have e-mails from them dated 1/30/14, 2/4/14, and 2/18/14 saying they will refund it but they have not. Their phones no longer work either.Desired Settlement: I would like to see the full amount ($99.98) refunded promptly to my credit card.
