serve you during the construction of your new home.
Please accept my sincerest apology that we were not able to address your concerns during your stay with us. The principal goal of our hotel is to create a hotel that guest love. Consequently, it's disappointing that we failed you in so many ways.
The owner and management company has taken swift action in getting the items you have noted addressed or corrected to meet or exceed our guest expectations. To that end, we have made a change in our management and maintenance team.
I would like to further discuss this issue personally. I will be reaching out directly to the email address your provided. Once again, please accept my sincerest apology for the inconvenience.

Nobody has reached out at all. The only communication acceptable to me would be for them to be asking what our preferred refund form would be. This game playing back and fourth is inappropriate and I do not want to be contracted outside of the Revdex.com forum, so please stop trying. We are requesting a full refund. Please let me know how soon we can aspect that. We were put through [redacted] during our stay and it's time for you to do the right thing. I've attached JUST A FEW of our many evidence pictures that show the type of hotel they are running.
