the processor was no longer being used by the business. This was something that was changed 2 years ago and at the time all customers were given 12 months to utilize any balances left on the gift cards.To resolve this issue we have agreed to credit the customer for the balance of the gift card. My Sincerest Apologies for missing this while I was out of the country. I am the only one that is on this account. I will have the service manager contact Mr. [redacted] on Monday. Obviously his trailer has a warranty because things break. In the RV business lots of things break. We RVers shake the fool out of these homes on wheels. We are more than happy to address each and every issue and repair what is warranty. Please tell him not to Calk the shower to the wall. The shower wall floats to allow humidity to evaporate from behind it. I see that your trailer bought just before june 2016 has not been back for any service or repairs as of yet. My service manager has notified me that he has reached out and made contact with you. I have been told that you are living in this RV pretty much full time. We want to help you in any manner that we can but we only do service at our facility. We can offer you transportation at a fee that is very reasonable. The warranty does not cover transportation to and from a service facility. In some cases you can get a mobile person to do the work and the manufacturer will pay for the repair. You would need to reach out to the customer service line at the manufacturer to make these arrangements. We would like to make repairs as quickly as possible. Things like water leaks are definitely covered but damage caused by not repairing the leak will not be. We are more than happy to assist you so bringing the Revdex.com is not necessary. Most of our customers come to us and then go to the Revdex.com if we let them down. We are selling well over 1000 rvs a year and have almost no complaints. We are happy to fix pretty much anything covered by the warranty or just things you want done to trailer in addition to the warranty. Please discontinue the Revdex.com process and follow the warranty process. If the service department can not fulfill your request then you can call me at [redacted]. I am rejecting this response because: the only reason I bought that [redacted] was because your dealer promised me 3 coats not 1. and if would of sold me one coat I would have never bought it.....so now your word doesnt mean anything and you sell lias to your customers to take their money.....you sir should not be in business
There was no confusion. They are not being honest. FactsThe credit report was obtained by them (Manteca trailer and motor home)Credit report was reviewed They assured me that was not a problem They made an offer The offer was accepted A contract was drafted All parties agreed to Contract was signed Monies collected by them Sold sign was postedOnce again all parties agreed to the above with a no cooling off period.The company (Manteca trailer and motor home) to date have not honored the contract and agreement. business under various names thoughout the community. We have been in business for many years in the city of [redacted] and enjoy an excellent reputation in both food and service. The reason for the complaint by this individual is the fact that they left the restaurant without even attempting to pay their bill, lets call it like it is. The people came to the restaurant to have a 50th birthday celebration. We gave the birthday person a free margarita and a free dessert, as is customary when birthdays are celebrated. We received no complaints during the meal. The patrons seemed to enjoy their time and at the end of the meal decided to leave the restaurant with not even an attempt to ask for the check. Basically they left the restaurant and tried to stiff our establishment. Once they left we called the [redacted] police who found them still in the area shopping. The [redacted] police took them back to the restaurant and gave them the choice to ultimately pay their bill or go to jail. There is a police on file at the City of [redacted] if you want to verify.Lastly why is it when people do something illegal that they call in the race card. We are a minority also. Their comment that it is a racial issue is so patently patently absurd we can't even comment on it.
