I had a rough week, and the shoes suffered for itIf you bring the shoes back in I can definitely fix those for youI didn't hurt the boots, just a bad instillation of the zipperMy policy is that I do not give refunds, I will however replace items if I need to, but this is not the case for this customer, they are reparable Like I said, just bring the boots in and I will fix them
