Phone response - I was asked to clean the gutters for this newer homeowner, we had done it for the previous ownerWe did about 90% when we found a approximately foot area we could not get to without putting boards down to stabilize the latterUnfortunately we had left a card stating we were
there and done, it was placed before the issue with stability, and should have been removed, but we planned on finishing the next morningI called the next day (7/7/17) about 8:am to let them know when they said they do not want me back on the property and we are not payingI did send a adjusted bill ( minus the ft not done) and then I receive this complaintHow can someone complain, when they won't even let the business back to finish the work

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.].  PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED PHOTOS AS INDISPUTABLE PROOF:The entire south side gutter was untouched, photos taken same day as "completion" note left by gutter cleaners.  That is more than five feet, you can judge by looking at the picture.  The second photo is off of the deck, 8 feet high on a level surface from a second gutter.  How is that 5 feet?  The job was done poorly at best.  If it costs $200 I'll pay it for a job that is DONE.  I will not pay anything for what I received, the proof is in the pictures.  Also, business is earned, not an entitlement.  I didn't "owe" the first opportunity, and certainly not the second opportunity.  $75 is arguably not worth the aggravation, but I will go to court to expose this before I pay one cent for a service not done.  Owner was there for a quote so he knew what he needed prior to cleaning.  When I called to ask why cleaning wasn't done, he had no idea.  His poor excuse about planning to come the next day doesn't make reasonable sense.  Caught red-handed not doing the work, how many people climb a ladder to check?Regards,[redacted]
