Canales All Purpose Painting

Failure to show up to repair crack in ceiling after popcorn removal.
In Sept.-Oct. Canales Painting was contracted to remove our pop corn ceiling then to texturize and paint. All was accomplished but a large crack developed. I contacted CP well before Christmas and informed CP. I was told it was no problem to repair. I was asked if repair could wait until after the holidays. I was told I would be called. I never was called so I called CP I was told that he was sick and could we set up a date next week- Jan. 13th at 2PM. He was a no show. I called CP and my message was never returned. Time from first contact has been 6-7 weeks.

Had entire inside of house painted and they fixed crack in ceiling in living room and cracks in garage ceiling. Did it with caulking and said if that didn't work they would have to tape and mud. Call him in one week of job to tell him the cracks are all open. He said he would send a worker out with in 3 days to repair. Called him 3 times and now he does not call back.
