Review: On March I wen to Canal Sound City to get some stuff for my car a [redacted] gentlemen assist me that day all the product that were offered to me by person was false statement to my self from all the product I was supposes to have a 5 channel AMP for the music and when I check my product a 4 channel cheap amp was giving to me I returned to the the place on May * an spoke to [redacted] he was the rudest person ever he have the never to tell me that he will not change the item that its my problem an if want another amp I need to give back my amp plus $200 I did told him that he is crazy I finish spending at least $600 on you store and he want me to give my product back plus $200 he was talking with nasty attitude to me that when I asking for his name he told me that he do not need to tell me his name I did inform him that I will report him to the Revdex.com cause it not fare the they take the customer as sucker sell them one thin an after that the fact it all false and take the customer as joke and robe there money there service its horrible this will be store that I will not visit or recommend to anyone it was a really bad experienceDesired Settlement: I will like for this place to exchange the amp to the correct one they was suppose to sell me I want my 5 channel amp that's what I pay for and they took advantage of a customer I trust the word and they fail
