Canadian Property Stars

1 Aug: on Canadian Property Stars (CPS) website I asked CPS to seal my driveway. I've received that service from this company 1/2 doz times over the past dozen years and each time, the service was provided and finished within a day. On 18 Aug, they still hadn’t even scheduled an appointment so I asked them, in view of the delay, to cancel my request. They refused, saying I had already made a purchase. I repeated that, since they haven’t performed the service, the order is cancelled and they are not authorized to charge my credit card. On August 29, they still haven’t sealed the driveway or even scheduled an appointment, but I got my credit card statement and they ran the charge through on August 1. I am fuming.
