The email you received was sent by a collection agency and was not originated from Cuzco CapitalThe cease and desist notice you sent went directly to Cuzco Capital, who has notified the collection agency of the noticeIt may take up to business days for the the collection
agencies system to be updated with the notice but once they register the C&D, you will no longer receive emails from that collection agency
