Hi ***In regards the concrete delivery April 25, the order was placed by the homeowner with our order deskAfter the original load we received a radio call from our mixer driver asking for more concrete as the forms had collapsedBecause concrete is a very time sensitive product we
shipped the second load as soon as possible to avoid a cold joint in the pourThe concrete was delivered to site and used to complete the pourAs discussed with the home owner at the time her issue is with the contractor that she had hired and we were justified in billing for the product and service we providedWe had no relationship with the contractor in question.If further questions or comments arise please advise.Regards, *** ***Sales ManagerRapid Concrete Ltd.*** ofc.*** cell

I am rejecting this response because:My complaint has not been addressed by the companyThe contractor did not have authorisation to order the concrete using my credit card and Rapid Concrete did not have authorisation to charge my card for any further purchase of concrete for any reason (mistake or otherwise)Rapid should have collected card information from the contractor who ordered the second amount of concrete.I will continue to ask for my refund.
