I was referred to this store by my notary, but I unfortunately had many problems when dealing with the sales rep *** When I escalated the issue to the supervisor Mr***, I began getting nasty letters from ***Although Mr*** reasurred me that he would follow up with the owner Mr***, no effort was made on their part Despite my many calls and emails, they never corrected the situation I have never dealt with anyone as unprofessional, ignorant, and rude as *** I have bought several condos since then and had excellent service with other companies
