We had a insurance claim and flooring installed by Canadian Carpet Outlet and two years later the flooring had flaws and warranty issueThey first would not return my messages and when I spoke to an employer they treated us like crap and a second call we made contact again and advised our concerns and once again they failed to honor the flooring warranty [redacted] A month has gone by and they refuse to examine the floors and return further calls
