Order placed Mar 20th and still not received as of May 10th
Do not buy gold/silver from this company. Despite repeated complaints, all they do is provide excuses for delays in shipment ranging from "it takes 20 business days" and when that timeline passed the new excuse was "we're just a small business".
They don't return calls if you leave a message on their answering machine. If you do speak with a human being, they promise to get back to you but never do. I have left one final message today threatening legal action as they seem to be running some sort of scam. If necessary, I will also file a police report.
I have had some bad experiences with companies before but never like this. If I could give them zero stars I would.
Never again will I buy from Canadianbullion. I made a purchase for silver Feb 13th and it is now March 13th and still do not have what I ordered. They are not even responding to my emails which makes things even worse. They charge $20 for priority shipping which is supposed to be faster but sit with your money and don't ship the bullion. I have never had this experience with any other online bullion dealer. Completely unprofessional. Good idea to shop elsewhere.
On October 4, I ordered a silver bar from Canadian Bullion ServicesOn their web site, it is indicated that the order should be shipped in to business days After business days had elapsed, and no e-mail had been received indicating shipping had taken place, I phoned the company to find out the status of my orderI was told that the item was delayed at the mint and shipping would be delayed a further week I have contacted Canadian Bullion Services every week since then, and received the same answerEither this company is not telling me the truth or their supplier can not be trusted It has now been working days, with the same promise of the order will be shipped soon I hope that this company is legitimate and I will not lose my payment if this item never arrives
