A machine was delivered broken, defective not working. Company was called upon delivery of product and will not pick up or refund item.
Refund I expect defective product to be picked up refunding in full.
Thank you for your comment. I am sorry to learn that your laundry centre is not functioning properly. From the information I see in our system, you received your delivery on June 23 and advised us after the delivery team had departed that the unit was not working. As this is a functional issue, the manufacturer(who holds the warranty) will send out a service technician to assess the situation and determine if your appliance is to be repaired or replaced. I understand this can be very inconvenient and my apologies.

Made a purchase of a new dishwasher April 14, was promised a pick up date of April 21.
When I got home and found out we had some change in house hold income I wanted to stop the transaction and get my refund of the almost 50% deposit I had put down. I have not been able to get my refund, they tell me now there is a 25% restocking fee on refunds, which was never disclosed before purchase, I do see it on the invoice now but never got an invoice or had any discussion before my credit card was debited over 900$.
I called into the customer line I have been on chat and I went into the Winnipeg store yesterday and spoke with the salesman I purchased from and the store manager and they both couldn't do a refund or wouldn't and kept saying a couple more days the product will arrive.
I just want my deposit back!
