I really hate the fact that they renewed my advertisment without contacting me even though my file said do not auto reviewWhen I talked to them they would not give even a small refund Now I no longer have a property that they are advertising for a whole yearI wonder if they will renew it again next year without permission

Canada Stays quoted me a price 70-75% higher than the amount advertised
I called ***, gave them my credit card information to reserve a condo in Naples Florida for the month of March, When I received the quote from CS it was 75% higher
I called on Friday October 2, for an explanation and had to leave a message
I finally got a return call on Wednesday October The message was garbled and I had to listen to it numerous times to get the return number The return number was not the same number shown on my caller id
I called a number they provided on the quote to the owner "Tom" The person answering did not know any "Tom" and stated that this was a scam
Finally got someone in customer service at CS and explained this situation and they hung up on me I did not use foul language or raise my voice She just did not want to deal with this problem I'm guessing that she deals with this all the time

I have used Canada Stays as a traveler for years. They have always been very reliable for great cottages. I had a recent problem trying to book a cottage and called customer service and they answered right away and fixed my issue in less than 5 minutes. I had a similar problem with another travel agency in the past and that company didn't help. Thank you.
