We bought a motherboard and cpu which did not work. Asked for an exchange and was refused. Bought a replacement motherboard and cpu which worked fine. I contacted the main company and returned the motherboard a second time only to be told there was damage and paste on the board which I doubt wa there. I have had the board checked out by an independant computer company (I paid for this) and they said there was no damage the board was fine so I can only assume the cpu was the faulty part (this was also refused an exchange, again citing damage). We spent over $900 at the shop and now have a spare motherboard and cpu value in excess of $500.
They offered eventually to send the motherboard back to the manufacturer and stated that they would not get a refund but they may get a replacement which is no good as we have already bought the replacement which they know so I think this was just lip sevice. I feel this is not the service I expect from a large company and would certainly not recommend or ever shop there again.
