I had purchased a [redacted] phone online on Nov 27, and it started malfunction right after the new year of 2016, then I brought the phone to one of the Markham Unionville store on January 9, at around 10:am to have it check out and the customer service representative offered for an exchange since they had confirmed it is a manufacturer defect, and had placed a transfer request for a new [redacted] from Barrie to Markham Unionville store The service rep had informed me at the store that it normally would take days, so I had waited until Jan 13, then I called the Markham store for status and the service repI had spoken to over the phone stated that the expected wait time should be days, not As a result, I had waited for more days unit Jan 15, and I called again and then the service rep had advised me again that the product is still in transit and not arrived yet It had been over days by today Jan 18, and I still have not get any update from the store regarding my new phone Since my old phone use a different size sim card, so I am stuck using this defected phone stressing out whether it might break down any second PS: Avoid this business at all costs - if you value your sense of decency, sanity and time!

This store provides really bad service, the product has a problem, they will not refund to you, they need you to pay for openbox, if someone sees [redacted]
My dog recently boarded at this kennel from 12/19/2016-12/30/At the time we arrived I had specific instructions in regards to feeding and administering my dogs medicationI asked to speak to a manager to go over my requestsThe lady checking me in advised me she was the manager of the kennel so everything was explained to her and she assured everything would be taken care of My instructions were very clear and simpleI left individual food baggies in order, labelled with day of the week, date and time (whether morning or evening) they should be given to my dogMedicine was portioned and inserted in the food baggies so that no extra work needed to be done aside from following directionsInstructions were again printed on the sides of our food container to ensure it was followed Upon arrival to pick my dog up there were bags of food with random dates indicating it was given to her out of orderMy specific instructions were told to the manager as well as written clearly on her food crateIf she had not finished her breakfast to throw it out and replace it with her dinner bag each night as there is medication in every bag as well as a treat to entice her to eat at night timeI spoke to owner Janet who informed me this person who said they were a manager was indeed not a manager and also had been fired within the time period of my dog boarding(Okay at least that was resolved and there is nothing we can do about that.) I asked if that woman was the only person in charge of feeding my dog? She advised me several people were in charge of feeding my dog yet no one read the instructions each time they reached in for a bag In conclusion, she advised me there was nothing she could doI asked her what am I supposed to do next time I go on vacation? Where am I going to be able to take my dog and feel confident that the people they pay have to ability to follow simple directions? It is important that my dog gets her medicationJanet told me she understands if this incident severs our relationshipSo basically there is no guarantee there will be measures taken to ensure this doesn't happen in the future? Is anything going to be done? She is making "notes in my account" but what does that even mean? She made no attempt at mending our relationship or making me feel better about what happened I feel the employees at this kennel are incompetent and unqualified for their jobsI feel it is the owner's responsibility to ensure each animal is receiving the correct feeding, medicine, treatment...etcI pay them $and they can't even follow simple directions I have worked for a boarding facility before and I am beyond disgusted with my experience using Regal Pet ResortI assure you we will never again use this facility and I will be spreading the word

-I purchased an *** *** 2gb *** video card on April 20th from Canada Computers Markham Unionville location, the video card was found to be DOA ***Components (cables) were missing from the box, the box looked like it had been opened previously and the serial number sticker on the back of the card was peeled
-As per ***' manufacturer website that retailer is responsible for swapping the DOA card for a new one within business day of purchase, On April 21st I attempted to return the unit for a swap and Canada Computers has refused to do so as they claim that the card was tampered with by me, the card was sold tampered with(Cables missing, box half open, serial number sticker on the physical unit peeled off)
- Canada Computers has implied that I need to go directly to *** to explain that they (Canada Computers) had tampered with the card and refused to replace it, in hopes that *** will replace it

I purchased an *** *** pro device from the store and upon testing it I realized that the device is faultyIt will start and show the logo but will fail afterwardsI also realized that the serial number on the device does not match the serial number on the outer boxI took the device back with the original packaging and asked for a refund and they stated that they can not issue a refund because the serial numbers don't matchThe serial numbers were not verified upon purchase as the box was sealed and there was no way to verify that the serial number on the device is the same as the one printed on the box***

In early November this year, I placed an order for IT equipment from this store. The pickup option was provided; with the assumption that there would be notification of pickup-readiness.
The text from their confirm email clearly states:
"We will confirm the availability of the items in your pickup order at the Markham Unionville during business hours. Please wait until you receive a Store Pickup Notification Email before going to the store. "
Since the first week of November, when I placed the order; till today 3rd of Dec. There has been no email confirming pickup-readiness.
Sidenote: On the phone with them right now 'told to wait a moment' abruptly when I called. I've now been on hold about 18 minutes and just thinking their definition of time is amusing (find comedy where you can, no?)
UPDATE: While on call. Eric from the store notes that while this order is not in stock he's unaware how this order charged my credit card. I have now cancelled the order and notified my CC company.

The service rep had informed me at the store that it normally would take 4 days, so I had waited until Jan 13, 2016 then I called the Markham store for status and the service rep. I had spoken to over the phone stated that the expected wait time should be 7 days, not 4. As a result, I had waited for 3 more days unit Jan 15, 2016 and I called again and then the service rep had advised me again that the product is still in transit and not arrived yet.
It had been over 7 days by today Jan 18, 2016 and I still have not get any update from the store regarding my new phone. Since my old phone use a different size sim card, so I am stuck using this defected phone stressing out whether it might break down any second.
