Absolutely horrible customer serviceThey've shut down my site after sending reminders to the wrong address and not to my main email addressI've now been trying to reach someone to get my site running again for three days

I've been a customer's of Canaca.com since 2009, but have received absolutely unacceptable customer service and have to move on from having them provide hosting for my small business. The issues started in early 2015, when one of our servers went down. They didn't reply to email for a week, and phone calls to their support line said they can only help via email. My company lost business as a result of their poor customer service and then while trying to resolve the issue, my credit card was billed for a renewal and was forced to fight when them to cancel the service (which was no longer working). I had planned to cancel my other server when the year was about to run out, but currently, their service has stopped working with it and they have not replied to email through their support form, so I have now decided to cancel, forgoing 4 months of service to just not have to deal with their terrible service.

I'm writing this review to let others know the great prices are not worth it!
