I called Gallery Heating, now called Can-Pro, for a regular maintenance call back in mid-October. They never called back. Then my furnace stopped heating. On December 4 the Can-Pro/Gallery sent out the first technician. He cleaned the fan (not completely I saw later) and charged $180 for the service call. By the next morning the furnace was not working again. Can-Pro woman who answered said I'd be lucky if she sent out anyone because she didn't like my tone. I had a bad cold at the time and had lost my voice and was missing work. Some other man came on the phone and said they'd send someone. The second tech arrived, and after leaving and returning, replaced the heat sensor. Then 5 pm came, he said he 'tried a few things' and to 'call in the morning if it's still not working,' and he left. Within a half hour it was apparent the furnace was still not working. I called a different company, ***, who diagnosed that the A coil of the air-conditioner was filthy, having never been cleaned, because it could not be reached the way it was originally installed by Can-Pro/Gallery 11 year earlier. I'd paid for maintenance calls in the past with Can-Pro/Gallery and they NEVER cleaned it, or told me it was inaccessible. I then called a third company (because *** only tried to sell/rent me a new furnace, stating that they only last 10 years) and *** came through. They showed me where the first tech had replaced the heat sensor with a USED part, and the WRONG part. My RUDD furnace is HE, and has a heat sensor of 190. Can-Pro/Gallery put in a USED part of 150. And they left about 5 blown fuses in the furnace, which *** found and showed me. *** cleaned the A-coil, replaced the heat sensor with a new part, and fixed the furnace.

Billing Adjustment I want Can-Pro/Gallery to refund the $178.50 I paid them on December 4. I also want them to pay all or part of the $473.47 that I paid *** to fix their mistakes/*** error in using USED and incorrect parts
