I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Review: I went into Campway's on 11/08/14 to order a camper shell. After about 30 minutes of waiting for [redacted], the only person working, he took my order. He went into the back to call someone for the pricing. Came out gave me a price. He then said if I go with it right now he would take off a little under $200 to make it an even $2000. I agreed and looked over the estimate. [redacted] forgot to include the heavy duty ladder rack. He called again and got a price. Again I reluctantly agreed on the changes. Looked over the estimate, and [redacted] left out the security screen on the back window. Again I reluctantly agreed to the changes and gave them the deposit. He said they take about 2 weeks. After two weeks I called to see if it was ready. They took my name and number and said they would call back. I didn't get a call back. I called the next day someone said it would be in by Friday. (19 days after the purchase) I called that Friday they took my name to call me back. Again I didn't get a call back so I went down there on Saturday to see what the deal was. They had it in the yard. They finally scheduled the install for Friday 12/05/14 almost a whole month after the purchase. So much for the 2 week timeline. I dropped the truck off around noon [redacted] said about 2 to 3 hours for the install. After 4 hours I called them to see if it was ready and it was. I went to pick it up. By then it was getting dark and I didn't get a great look at it, but paid for it and was on my way. That night it rained. When I went to look at it in the morning I noticed one of the bins on the passenger side was leaking. I also noticed the camper shell was not squared up with the truck bed, it was hanging off the back about an inch to far, the foam seal they used was so cheap and tacky, you can see light through it. Also the passenger side bin was supposed to be a fold down bin per the contract but it is not. I went in the next day only to get push back from [redacted]. I called Lifetime Camper Shells to confirm correct installation. It was not.Desired Settlement: I am very unsatisfied with this company and the product. I would like a full refund of the $2540.00. And I want the shell removed sooner than Thursday. They have already wasted enough of my time. I will pursue my refund directly through Bank of America
