Hi [redacted],
Had we not already sent out the replacement items to the address you provided to us we would be able to help you. Unfortunately since we have already sent out the products in question and they have been delivered via [redacted] there is not more we can do for that particular product at this time. I also would like to bring to your attention that the socks were not paid for and rather were free with your purchase. This was a promotional item not a paid product.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:They may have mailed the packages to the wrong address. In my corresponding complaining emails I informed them that I moved. I have attached screen shots showing I addressed my address change with my first initial contact with Campus Protein. Nothing was received at my address. Every email exchange I notated the address change and they are well aware of it. They even offered a different product to replace the socks. To me it's apparent they knew they were wrong. The fact that they are not referring to this shows me they don't care about their customers. I still would like the my original order or my money refunded. I have attached the first initial email to show that I told them the address change. And the additional emails showing I always referenced it too.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I provided a new address when the complaint was sent to your company. This was in the first message and numerous other messages after the fact. Honestly this is plain poor employee/customer service. I provided details and whomever read my emails didn't seem to take their job serious enough or the complaint enough for you to update your system. This is not an issue on my side. The address I provided would have been perfect if you sent all the items out when I ordered them. Your company did not! Since then I moved. I told your company about the order screw and my address change on the same day. So that was communicated before you sent out the remainder of my order. I would have never ordered from your company if I didn't get the items/promotions that we're going on. Just refund my money, or send me the rest of my order. This is not my screw up. It is your company's. I will be contacting my local media outlets as well as consulting my attorney. This isn't about the $18 at all, it's about principal of holding your company responsible to deliver the products ordered. I work for the US Government and its customer service and treatment like this that has the common consumer frustrated. I've tried the Revdex.com and you will see that these records will be public record going forward. So instead of doing the right thing your will tarnish your company's reputation and consumers will see that if they move they won't receive what they ordered. Or if there's a problem with their order you do not correct it or do the right thing.

The customer purchased 5 single products which qualified them for 5 pairs of socks. They are correct in that the first shipment we did not include the correct amount of socks. However after the customer emailed us to notify us if the issue we corrected it and sent out a second package which included...

the correct number of socks. I have attached both shipment tracking numbers via [redacted]. Tracking For Package 1: [redacted]Tracking For Package 2: [redacted] Thank you, Russell S[redacted]

The customer purchased a product at a discounted price which we are unable to fulfill due to a strict MAP (minimum advertised price) policy that the vendor has in place. The customers purchase was refunded immediately and sent a coupon for the value of their purchase for the inconvenience. We...

received a former letter from the manufacturer and would be happy to provide it upon request.

Review: On November **, 2014 (The night before [redacted]), I went online to Campusprotein.com and ordered 3 separate orders of "Optimum Gold Standard 100% Whey-Rocky Road 10 lbs" at $11.00 each. The order was processed and totaled $36.96. My credit card was charged in full. I was also sent an email with my order summary confirming my order with the price of $36.96. The following day I went on their website and put in my order number to check when my order would be delivered and it said my order had been cancelled. However, I did not cancel my order. I emailed them about this issue and they stated that there was a "glitch" in the system and that I would not be able to get those items that I would need to give them another 100$ to purchase them. Nevertheless, I missed out on other [redacted] deals that other websites had because I thought my order was already made through this false website!Desired Settlement: I would like my order to be fulfilled at the price I ordered it for originally.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]

Campus Protein stated in their post on [redacted] that it was a "glitch" in their system. However, campus protein then sent out an email to customers who ordered this product stating that the MAP would not allow it and sent a coupon for $11.99. This coupon for $11.99 does not pay for the product that we ordered and it does not bring back the offers that other companies were having on [redacted] that got missed out on due to thinking that this product was already being purchased from Campus Protein. After purchasing the item from campus protein we even received an email with order confirmation and a order number was issued. If running a sale for [redacted], they should have checked into the MAP prior to running the sale. That is not the fault of the customer and the business should take full responsibility for it and honor what they originally had offered. If they state that it is not allowed by the MAP then they should have to send a gift card or gift certificate for the amount that the item actually costs so that way we are able to purchase it from their online store. I have attached the email from them after selling the item, the email with the coupon attached, and the [redacted] post.

Response:

Hi [redacted] our deal for [redacted] was 20% off so I can take 20% off any product on the site for you. Please see our previous correspondence for our [redacted] products that apply.

[Your Answer Here]

After reviewing campusprotein.com vs [redacted], even with 20% off, [redacted]s prices still beat your prices. Therefore, I would really not be getting a deal on my items. The point of [redacted] and [redacted] is to get deals, not to lose money.
