I wanted to respond to a complaint that was received the complaint number is ***. Prior to this letter I tried multiple time to reach out to *** ***, I left multiple voicemail and never heard back from her. I called her again on Oct and she answered my call about
and at that time informed me should would not speak unless it is through an email. I did reach out to her by email and now waiting to her back. We are aware that we do owe her more of the deposit back and that is the current situation we are atPlease let me know if there is anything I would need to do? I have been trying to resolve this, until now we haven't had any response from the previous tenantThank youThanks *** ***
