I am rejecting this response because: This lease is indefinitely binding me to a contract without my consent I have contacted Campus Crossing and expressed this on several occasions, I agreed to pay rent until the end of the end of the term of this contractI am a 100% disabled veteran whom has made a sacrifice for my oldest daughter to go to collegeThis has placed me in financial strain and caused hardship on my familyI contacted the property on many occasions with negative results In response to my daughter being assaulted on the property, I called to tell them that I am concernedI was told that they would keep their eye out for her attackerWhen I called back and told them that he was in the computer roomI was told they would investigate the issueMy daughter uses the computer lab because we cant afford a computer and this is where her attacker was hanging out Regards, [redacted]
The original Lease signed with Campus Crossings Statesboro is a month Lease that the resident signed on [redacted] ***Resident has renewed in current unit for lease term of 8/1/through ***and also signed another renewal for current unit on 1/23/to extend for the term of ***through *** The guaranty agreement addendum signed by guarantor states that the Lease will be valid and continuous through the Lease Term and through any renewals of the Lease Campus Crossings Statesboro has no report or knowledge of the resident being assaulted nor of an attacker on the premises Management will not be able to release resident from lease, but will allow the resident to find a replacement for her current lease and renewal lease We will also allow resident to relocate to second or third floor at no cost if preferred If additional information is needed, please let me know Thank you General Manager Campus Crossings at Statesboro
