The managers are very in organized ; as well as unprofessional. When you need things repaired they don't do so in a timely manner. When calling to voice your concerns they dodge calls. In addition to that they make fake reviews, and also ask other students to make them. My first experience with an apartment, and it is horrible.

I am a current resident at the Campus Crossing Apartment in Durham, NC. I have been pushed physically out of the office by the apartment manager. I have been lied to about the price of the monthly rent by the faculty. I have tried to call the apartments 18 times throughout the day and have gotten no response and been neglected in the office when I go in physically. I would like to see a more honest Managing team, until then I would like to receive an apology that I have asked for multiple times. I would not want to see someone else go through the same abuse from their landlords, when they have the right to a fair and safe home.
