or his renewal lease, therefore, he is still responsible for the rental installments until the leases end or a relet is found. I have notified the sales team in the leasing office to keep [redacted]'s bedroom listed as an option for someone to move in, but do also suggest that the tenant continue to look for a relet on their own. I would be happy to provide additional information regarding this process if needed. If we are able to secure a relet for this tenant, we will notify him promptly upon their approval along with the collections agency to adjust the balance that is currently due.Thank you,Brittany G[redacted]Regional ManagerCampus Apartments4043 Walnut StreetPhiladelphia, PA 19104

to moving out this needed to be brought to management’s attention to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, keys were turned in and then we were notified of these concerns. The lease holder and guarantor are financially responsible for the lease until a release occurs. Per my conversation with you on April 12, 2017 we will help as much as possible to assist and find someone to take over the lease as well. The charge for the blinds is from March 16th, while living in the apartment. It is a common area charge that is divided equally among all occupants.
