Campers Inn RV of Fredericksburg

Review: We purchased a RV July of last year from Clem's Trailer Sales of Fredericksburg, VA. Prior to the purchase we were promised in writing a few things that needed to be addressed (missing moulding, a new refridgerator door seal,trash can,broken window locks/latches and some other minor things). Once the trailer was delivered, we then contacted customer service at least 5 times to arrange delivery of the items promised. We were informed that Camper's Inn RV had bought out Clem's RV, and that they would not come out to service the RV without charging us a fee to do so. We explained that these were items that were promised in an "We owe you list", that were never completed. We found the service department and management to be quite rude and could care less about our issue. We feel that they should have honored what the previous company had put in writing to their customers. We paid over 35k for this RV, and never imagined to be treated like thisDesired Settlement: Repair/Address all issues at campsite without additional fee, as promised in writing
