They do not try very hard to fix warranty work on the Cruiser RV's they sellThey have had over days to replace an outside light on the front of my Fun Finder RV This is a minute job if you don't work to fast

I took my rv in to get the carburetor on my generator replacedI got an approximate price quote of $plus 2hrs laborWhen I went to pick it up my bill was $I was so surprised and when I asked why they said that there was a rats nest in it and they had to clean it out and it took them an hour to do itI was never contacted about the issue and I have no way to disprove it So what can I do but pay the billGood customer service would have said there was a rats nest in there and we had to clean it out and it took about an hour but we will not charge you for that hourEspecially since it was my first time using themNOT A HAPPY CAMPER!!!!!

I was so surprised and when I asked why they said that there was a rats nest in it and they had to clean it out and it took them an hour to do it. I was never contacted about the issue and I have no way to disprove it. So what can I do but pay the bill. Good customer service would have said there was a rats nest in there and we had to clean it out and it took about an hour but we will not charge you for that hour. Especially since it was my first time using them. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!!!!!
