Customer came in on 01/22/and dropped off a white comforter to be cleanedWhen it got back to the store customer stated there was a small tear in the lining and the cotton on the inside was balled upThe store *** sent the comforter back for a redo so it could be fixedOur alterations lady
fixed the tear and the cotton on the inside and sent it back to the storeAfter it was sent back to the store we didn't hear anything back good or badThe store *** stated the customer never asked for a refund because if he did she would have had him fill out a claim formWhich then would have been sent to our *** officeTo the best of our knowledge the customer has not seen the comforter since we made the repairsAccordingly, we were surprised to learn he filed a complaint without seeing our efforts to improve the condition of the comforter and without our knowledge that he had an ongoing problemSince we got the complaint we have been in contact with the customer and are continuing to resolve the issue

I would simply say that we cleaned the clothing according to label instructions and do not feel that the clothing was destroyed. Despite that, we offered him a store credit to resolve the issue at which point he threatened to kill our employee. We had to call the police to have him
removed from our property. He returned the next day equally as threatening and we called the police again but he left before they arrived. We have some evidence that he has pulled this tactic on other cleaners to obtain cash. We will not have any other interactions with him voluntarily
