Campbell Corporation

I have lived in one of their buildings for about 16 months and have nothing but problems dealing with management about the upkeep of this building. I had mouse feces all over and all I kept getting in response is there is no problem. I was forced to go to Rural Development to get someone to inspect. I had to go 2 months last winter without heat in my bedroom, I went without electricity in my apartment for almost 4 days and she didnt think it was that big of a problem!! everything is ancient in this building and management avoids taking responsibility for it buy trying to force the tenant into paying for repairs. There are elderly here and they are so scared of being evicted that they say nothing. They use this to their advantage to keep them in line and not repair items. This is a very sad company and it breaks my heart that some of these people will die here. They have no hope left and this company feeds on that. I advise
