Concerning the Nov. 16 cancellation of Allegiant flight.. Your people did everything they could to get passengers to hotel location.. [redacted] was exceptionally helpful.. The drivers were very good too. I didn't catch their names. The return to airport on Nov. 17 was handled expeditiously. My only complaint was the motel.. Which had nothing to do with you.The Quality Inn was not quality.. It was dirty . One lay complained of bugs. UGH! My heater quit working..
