Cameron Creek Apartments

We have gone over to the apartment on several occasions as the resident did put in requests for repairs Please know that the staff addressed their ceiling issues every time residents called, we contacted Western Roofing to come out on two seperate occasions to try and locate on the roof We have addressed their issues in a timely manner however we did need to call out a licensed contractor to handle the repairs on the roof after the severe storm we experienced on September 8thCurrently my office has expressed to the residents that we have contractors here at our community doing the repairs to all the apartments that had ceiling damage -we are at the mercy of contractors due to the Valley experiencing the severe storms many apartments were effected theirs was not the only one and all the apartments are being addressed We had many units with leaks and our offices did visual inspections on all of the apartments who called in with damages, their unit was inspected same day and debris cleaned up it was a small leak in entry We did confirm with the contractor they are on building doing repairs currently today 9/17/ The contractors start with the more severe apartments and work there way around community, this apartment # [redacted] was one of the least severe untis damaged by the rains however still a priority and we did express this to the residents, we also called resident to let them know what was happening during the process.When the residents came in Thursday the 11th the assistant manager asked him to come in Friday to speak with the manager he agreed but then never came in on Friday the 12th to discuss options.Thank you
