We gave the the customer an estimate in May for $The customer accepted the estimatePayment is due at the time of the work, which was scheduled and preformed on September The customer gave us a check for $leaving a balance of $ Over the past months we have called, emailed, and mailed the bill for the remaining balance and had not heard anything from the customer Then the customer has an issue needing repair for the stove We told him we would gladly fix it we just need payment for the stove before we do any more work for him He made an appointment for repair for 1/27/18, and told us that he would send a check for the balanceHe did not send the check We can not set up a payment plan with him because given our experience with him, he most likely has no intention of paying
