At this time, I have been contacted directly by New County Optical Co., Inc regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: they now have asked us to do something (send in my son's eye prescription, but first we need to see (and pay for another exam)from another eye Doctor-which will take a few more days on our part) and then they (New County Optical Co.) are promising us -two pairs of contact lenses (big deal) as a consolation for their not providing us with an eye prescription (that we'd already paid them $for (but they do not seem to have it!)The person I'd been dealing with from their "corporate" office -Scott- in Westchester kept calling me "hon" on the phone-what a jerk!
