Cameron at Franklin Park Apartments

Dear Sirs,

There has been a series of issues that have occued at this place of business that are cause for concern. This apartment complex that was bill as a highly professional and first class *** property apartment complex but as I go thru the issues you will understand why I bring up this compliant. Here is my list:

1. The issues started the first day after signing lease with reviewing my apartment. It's like no one pre-inspected my apartment to make sure it was move-in ready because many items were not right. The brand new washing machine was broken and if they even had tried initially to test run it when they installed they would have easily seen the problem. Many of the power electrical outlets were jammed shut, which required taking them apart and installing correctly.
2. Follow-up to washer machine issue, it took 3 months to fix with many service calls and then finally replacing and spilling water all over my unit in the process and then having a bad attitude when I complained about the mess. Also, not to mention having no washer machine for the time period to wash my clothes.
3. Then there is fire alarm issue they tested and the fire alarms went off for a week, well then it's Sunday of that week and fire alarms have been going off for two and a half hours with no help from management or maintenance, just letting us stress thru it. We cannot be in our apartments because they are so loud. Then they send us a text message saying the leak is what's triggering the fire alarm. August 7 (3 days after the 2.5 hour long fire fiasco) the fire alarms go off again. Management has no concerns about what they put us thru and this is very stressful and this is affecting our health.
4. Management never answers phone calls and the new Apartment Manager is never present if you go the office area. Which means you never can get a direct answer on prevailing issues. Example would be the new broken treadmill in the fitness room, which has broken before Christmas with 3 different service requests put in by me to Nicole, Annette, and Assistant Manager Preston and in each case they said they knew nothing about there being an issue with the treadmill over the course of 3 months and is still broken today.
