Review: I've called precision camera repair multiple times within the past two weeks asking if my camera has been fixed or if there has been any progress.

In the first call, I was told that service was backed up and they haven't even opened my camera or even logged it yet.

In the second call, I was told that my camera may have been lost in the logging/repair process.

In my third call, I was told that someone would locate my camera.

In my most recent call, today, I was told that my camera hasn't been found at all and that the box the camera came in was probably never even opened.

This business has received my camera on Tuesday, 04/**/2014 at 10:23 A.M. Since then, they have not contacted me back on the status of my camera even to say if they have not found it yet. It has been a total of 13 days and counting since they received my camera and they have not even catalouged the camera for me to check the repair status on their website.Desired Settlement: I would like a brand new WB210 due to the speed at which the company is handling this situation. I believe that ordering a replacement for me would be much faster than having it repaired in their facility.
