Review: On 05/**/2013 I placed an order for two 256GB SD 400X SD storage cards which per their website show in stock. I received an email on 5/**/2013 indicating the product was out of stock and my order would not be filled until their stock was replenished and provided no ETA as to when this would happen. I then emailed requesting an ETA or options regarding my ordered and didn't receive a response until 05/**/2013 after emailing them again. They informed me again the equipment was back ordered with no further explanation. On 05/**/2013 I requested another update and they tried to sell me an alternate product that was 50% more expensive than the product I had originally ordered after I voiced my concern in their lack of willingness to provide any information surrounding why I had not received the product. At this time I explained that what they were doing by indicating the product was still in stock on their website was by definition a "Bait and Switch" scheme. They were rude in their response indicating that the entire office was laughing at me due to the fact that I recognized their scam for what it is.Desired Settlement: Fix it, fill the order even if they have to take a loss and send my the product next day air at ASAP.

Review: Within a few hours of each time I have placed an order the guy calls me and tells me that there is a problem with my order that the product is on backorder for 8-12 weeks. The problem is that the tsunami hit Japan and cause issues with production. He goes on to tell me that there are no SanDisk products available that all he has is transcend brand stuff and he will give me a discount if I will buy their products instead. I asked him why he shows them in stock if they are back ordered he said that he only updates the website once a month. But it contradicts what he says because he says that it has been that way for two years but it won’t be updated until next month. I even called SanDisk Corp. and talked to them and they said that those products have not now nor ever been on backorder with any of their companies. It seems liek a classic case of the bait and switch.Desired Settlement: I want them to either send me the products at the price they advertised or to send me an equivalent product at the price that was advertised.
