I called Peter out when I noticed water on my patio after a showerIt turns out that the shower drain was laying on the crawl space floor and had detached from the shower thus allowing water to escape through the exterior wallAlso, what we thought was a heating vent was actually an open hole to the crawl space allowing smells to come into the room from the crawlI always wondered why that room was so cold in the winterIf that wasn't enough he discovered that the bathroom exhaust fan was venting down into the crawl adding to the moisture problems he discovered What I liked most was that he came in with a plan to fix everything and he did so in less than two weeksHe got rid of the mold, fixed all the rot, and re-engineered the bathroom so that while it's still small, it feels hugeHe is a true professional, his pricing is fair and he is great to deal withI'm planning on having him back for more projects down the road and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs work done

Amy and Peter are excellent at their craft, but also at embodying the same ownership that *you* feel for your homeThey are helpful in making material decisions as well as providing cost-saving solutions when possibleThey've sacrificed for my projectsThe net result is that we feel like we're 'in' it together

Pete and team did a tub to shower conversion They did a great job, they were very accommodating to our requests They removed an old tub and replaced it with a shower pan - removing only one row of floor tiles and only as much as needed of the wall tile We had matching replacement here in the house which they installed where needed and installed contrasting tile in the spaces on the wall that we did not have enough for - it looks great Pete also installed a heavy glass shower door for us It looks great also
