HiI spoke with [redacted] on Friday. I provided him with some info and he will be sending someone out to look at the carpet. He said they would be calling to tell me when they will be coming. Haven't heard from them yet. The issue has not been resolved yet.

Review: We had carpet installed 2 1/2 years ago, about 6 months after install we noticed the carpet buckling in different areas of the house. We called the company we purchased from and they came out and stretched the carpet out. Then about 1 year after install it started doing it again. The company came out and used a different machine to stretch the carpet again. About 4 months it was buckling in 5 different rooms, called the company and they stretched it a third time. Finally in Sept 2014 it has gotten really bad so they sent there warranty person to the house and he found buckling in ever room including the stairs. He said he didn't know what was causing it cause he couldn't test the carpet. We invested a lot of money on this carpet and it has huge lumps/buckling though out the house. The carpet store we purchased from has done a lot to help but they can't keep coming back to stretch the carpet every couple of months. I have lots of photos if you need to see them.Desired Settlement: We would like the carpet replaced or a full refund.
