Camelback Women's Health

I am a patient at the Camelback Women's Health facility in Phoenix. I sought out an aesthetic eyebrow procedure with Marcella A[redacted], the current esthetician on board who performed a very very bad eyebrow procedure using outdated equipment and color. Once the pigment was deposited on my eyebrows it looked good. However, after 5 days the entire color flaked off leaving me with the same brow line. When I inquired with Marcella regarding why the color faded so quickly she said I needed to wait three weeks until the color comes back? Comes back from where? This is my second tattoo procedure, in where my first one was done in CALIFORNIA with state of the art equipment by a DR., and the treatment last 7 years with one application. Eyebrow tattoo usually starts out darker and then fades to a lighter version of the color not from light to dark??? REALLY. I also brought up the entire poor procedure and experience with the office Manger, Laura S[redacted], who completely supported Marcella's poor work, and provided the same jumbled and confused explanation as to why there is no color deposited on my eyebrows. I then proceeded to escalate my call to a Dr. D[redacted] who is one of the owners of the facility to find out from the receptionist TINA, and office Manager, Laura S[redacted], that I needed an attorney to speak with the DR.??? I hope this review stops anyone from using this Aesthetics Department at Camelback Women's Health and especially beware of the low to no skills of Marcella A[redacted].
