Whatever you do, DO NOT FINANCE A VEHICLE THROUGH CAMELBACK FINANCE. I believe they used to be paired with Cactus Jacks, but not anymore. They still are paired with Rocky's Auto Credit and a Mitsubishi Dealership. Either way just make sure if you do decide to finance car, ASK THEM WHO THEIR FINANCE COMPANY IS! Camelback Finance is a complete joke, and they sell you lemons. The customer service representative that I unfortunately have to speak to every time I have to contact this company is unbelievably rude! Her name is Kerri - but wait she's not the only one. It seems like all of their reps are rude and miserable and talk to their customers like trash. There are two payments due each month. One on the 7th the other on the 22nd. I was past due for December 2022 payment, and called to make the payment on 1/11/2023 I was told that I have to pay $800 total in order for it not be repossessed. She stated "you're lucky you still have possession of the vehicle" I was also told that they can repossess my car even if I'm ONE payment behind. It makes ALOT of sense that they don't have an office where customers can walk in and make payments like the used to when they were paired with Cactus Jacks. Because I bet you they wouldn't have the guts to speak to someone like this in PERSON. They SHOULD NOT be in business anymore, and a message to the ladies that work for this company: I'm sorry that you guys are living such a miserable life, and the only thing that brightens your day is to talk to PAYING customers like trash. I pray one day you ladies will find happiness.
I absolutely do not like Camelback Finance! They are truly UNPERFESSIONAL! They don't know how to speak to speak to you with respect! They don't give you a grace period! They ABSOLUTELY refuse to work with you! No sympathy at all! CONSTANTLY reminding you of the contract you signed! All I needed was to change my payment dates to the dates in wich I get paid. They refuse to do so. Therfore my payments are consistantly late, being charged a late fee. I asked to speak with a supervisor, she refused to put a supervisor on the phone they do not transfer calls. Also told me that no one is going to change the dates for me and reminded me as she kept over talking me, would not let me finish my sentence several times that I signed a contract. Now I'm unemployed due to a fractured rib. I told them I could email them my termination letter that explains why I was terminated due to the injury. And now they are threatening to come get my vehicle! I asked for the corporate office number during the time when I was trying to change my payment dates, she said she was corporate and no one is going to change the payment date for me because I signed a contract! Oh yeah may I add they do not take partial payments. They do not deserve a rating. I definitely rate them a zero
My experience with this company has been a nightmare! They are the rudest people ever. The owner David will lose his business if he doesn’t do a sweep and get new staff! The fact that they change your financial document to work in their benefit is illegal and sickening. I asked them why did they randomly take money out my acct and I sent them the flexpay info then the next day they updated it and changed the amounts. Illegal
In Feb 2022 I purchased a truck from a dealer using Camelback Finance. The truck was eventually totaled and paid off by insurance. I bought a second truck, same dealer same finance company. I never missed a payment, never late. So they financed again...Only this time it's like jekyll and Hyde. Life happens and I had to help pay for a siblings funeral. I called twice to date and explained that I could give them half of the payment that Tuesday and the other half 3, yes 3 days later! They didn't just say no, they said hell no. To me it appears they just want to destroy people's lives. I wished I would have read the reviews first...
