Camel Rock Remolding and Landscapes

I am filing this complaint with the Revdex.com regarding A to Z Professional Painting and Landscaping's incomplete services for which I have already paid for in full. The purpose of this complaint is to try and Mr. Cesar P of A to Z to complete what I have paid him for. My concrete patio has red stains from brick work that he has promised me he will fix. Also, there is a large blue X he spray painted on some of the brick that I am unable to remove - another issue he told me he would fix. My frustration with this company lies not in their product but in the fact that throughout my relationship with them it has been nearly impossible to get a hold of Mr. P. Furthermore, I have lost count of how many times he told me he would be there to complete work/finish a job and he simply didn't show without a text or phone call. I have held off submitting a complaint to the Revdex.com for nearly 8 months, but I am selling my house next week and I have run out of time and patience with this company. I have pictures of the blue X and the stained concrete patio if necessary. Thank you.
