Camden Home Services (CHS) performed staining work on cabinets, doors, and molding in my home. The work was not done to my satisfaction and I brought this to his attention right away and on several occasions after that. The contractor requested that the entire job be paid for in advance and immediately left on vacation. When he returned, I contacted him to come back to the house and fix what I was not happy with. From the time I contacted him to return (July 3) he was at my house only 2 days between July 3 and August 31. He did not complete the work and broke several promises to return and complete the job to my satisfaction.

Since this incident, I have had several other contractors visit my home and view the work. All the contractors that have visited the home were shocked at the work. All of them said that the wood work is now ruined, and it is not possible to re-stain, I would be forced to paint. A couple of the contractors were so shock/scared of the work, they refused to quote me to paint the wood.
