Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: How can I feel comfortable knowing that the contractor sent back a Statemnet saying; "upon completion of the original project, the techs did not see the loose shingle"Please keep in mind that they where contracted to do a complete roof maintenanceIf there was a loose shingle found, how confident should I feel that the job was done right??
