I have received the above listed complaint from your office regarding Mulch installation at the Villas of Timber Ridge CondominiumsSpecifically Ms [redacted] My office staff had contact with Ms [redacted] and her husband regarding the millipedesThat is why they used the pest sprayI had over complexes mulched at the same time, over units, using the same mulchHer complaint is the only one I receivedIn checking with different landscape contractors all of them that do mulch work exactly similar to what was done at her unitHave said this is nothing out of the normalIf you mulch you will get millipedes and other pests, it is a natural occurrenceI asked them how to treat for them and they all said it is impossible to tell where they all come from in the mulchThe best approach is to purchase a can of spray and have that unit owner individually treat their unit Sincerely, [redacted] Camco Management, Inc
