They can't transact business wth out an argument. Benificaries are denied access to the} committee". , who makes decisions. I was told they can't talk to the committee.
They swtich account managers constantly. none are qualified. to manage trusts.
very pstomer service, allow beneficiaries to occur late fees because they won't pay bills.
very sloppy book keeping. totoally incompetent.

Good Morning, Please see attached the response from Cambridge Trust Company to the complaint recorded by [redacted] and [redacted] As described in the letter, this complaint was raised in response to a line of credit payment received from another customer that was misapplied to the line of credit in the name of Mrand Mrs [redacted] The Bank has communicated with the [redacted] s and they understand the sequence of events and have authorized the Bank to process the adjustment against their account

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #[redacted]. Cambridge Trust Officers have apologized for its lack of customer service in the [redacted] MA branch and for not providing due diligence in the caretaking of our bank accounts. We have chosen not to entrust our funds with this bank going forward and will be transitioning to a new bank.I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.
